    project ghetto

first off i do not suggest anyone try this on their car unless they want a ghetto ass job done....my fault is im the most impatient person ever so the results show the effort....first I reapulstered the headliner...not too shabby....then i got some krylon fusion for plastic paint and tried to cover up that ugly tan interior.......and whalah! Then I got what i thought was bronze paint ang got them rims done turns out its more of a gold so they might go back to silver......and here are a few pics of mah engineswap i did it last week

no offense but how did you bend your valves? They probably werent bent being a non-interference motor and all.

oh and good job on the headliner. Looks good.

Not 100% sure they were bent thats just what i was told by a friend cause they clacked all the time and i was burning oil like crazy even after the head gasket was replaced.

I read this to take the headliner off...once out i stripped the old liner off ....(you can buy actuall headliner material from a fabric store 2 yards is enough) once you have that spray the imediate area thourouly with 90 rated high heat spayon adhesive and starting at one end lay the headliner fabric over the headliner frame i also used a rolling pin ti smooth out the liner and give an even distribution once done use a razor blade and cut around the frame leaving about 3/4 of an inch of fabric overhang then flip the frame over and spray the fabric sticking out curl it over carefully and stick it to the underside of the frame i also sued clamps to secure it while it dried then put it back in the same way you took it out ......I highly recomend taking the front seats out first i ddent and it made it very dificult to get the headliner in and out in one piece
