    I was wondering.

I was wondering about that spray foam stuff in the inside the car behind the panels to kill road noise and to insulate it. Now this was just a thought and i was wondering if anyone has tried it.

i was thinking about that the other day as well! you think i'd work good and wouldnt weigh a lot either!

i'd say try a side and see how it goes, worse comes to worse, just cut most of it out lol

dont do it on the doors, or the windows wont come down.

You can do it in the side panels on the 323 though and stuff.... Might help with sound, but it will make running wires or anything in the future hard to do.
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

Yeah that would pose a problem I'd dynomat the doors of course, but the rest foam it all up . Even the hatch if i remember my 323 has the worst road noise comming from the side panels.

When I put my subs in my trunk I used that MONO Foam stuff from Canadian Tire, Works great my trunk lid does not rattle anymore. Although, if I ever want to take off the licence plate mount to put a familia panel.(no idea what to call it exactly) I will have to do some digging. I filled the body pannels in the trunk and it sounds great.

Be careful though, that stuff is messy if you put to much in, it must grow 5x is origianal size when you first apply it.
