hey all, I got a motor/belt track from a junk yard escort to replace mine which is stuck on the driver side. I took mine out, took it with me to the junkyard, now I can't figure out where the light tan wire went. The main connector has it's place, but I can't remember/figure out where the stray light tan wire with the black connector went....any help would....help. can't find an electrical diagram online right now.

is that the wire that goes to the door sensor?

that may be, what i'm trying to figure out, the door sensor I looked at was a round cylindrical plastic thing that didn't look like a matching connector, but I'll doubel check.. the escort version has the opposite kind of connector than the mazda, one male the other female....weird..

weird, I checked the door sensor wire and found that the spring/plunger switch has fallen out/not there, maybe thats why the dome lite hasn't worked. I'll have to get a door sensor tomorrow..
