Dash lights I.D

Upon removal of my dash I noticed several dummy lights I'm curious to know their purpose. On the left hand side there's:
check c.d.l
hold
boost power
What are their purposes?

hold : Is for the automatic Pros
Boost Power : I would guess is when the turbo kicks in
Check : CDL : maybe Daytime running lights
