I need some ideas

I've been mia for a while now...been trying to fix up my car ....then while in queens i hit a deep pot hole when i got cut off and well....the passenger side rims are now dented up as all hell and because of that it drives a bit...."off" so so im going to need to get some new ones because trying to fix stock 13inch rims is a bit of a waste of time...anyone has any ideas what size would be a good size tire/ rim to use?....dont want to get the lowprofiles because the streets out here will blow all of them.
