Power locks LX, will lock but not unlock

i got the weirdest issue.
my lx will lock from the driver side but wont unlock, looks like the other doors get "stuck" i can hear the actuator clicking. when is really cold, magically it will work again. any ideas? i removed the door panel from the driver side and found no sticking issues...thanks
