@ bpt323: I don't think I've been here long enough to have seen your old avatar. Were the vents in front of or behind the scoop?

anyone that is worried about water in the vents really doesn't have any first hand experience with them. i've run my car for 2 years now without the vent covers. rain, snow, sleet. you name it i've driven through it. car still runs fine & i've no cracking issues.
I was actually looking at your gallery and that of Jho's

still undecided. I have a spare hood but would not want to cut it up, that's why I'm playing with this hood (with scoop). I also have the GT-R grill (fiberglass) which will somehow match the vents if ever

I decided to install the vents on a different hood but will not cut holes on it in the meantime as I try to get the correct measurements on where to place them.

I was wondering if anyone had measurements (as requested in the pix below) of how the vents were installed on the OEM sedan hood, like Jo's car here

installed the GT-R grill in the meantime

Marlon, these are the same measurements that Ryan and Jo used to put their vents on. This is a real GTR hood so the measurements are all correct from the factory.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.
