headliner removal protege?

how do you get this thing out, i have done it on my egt, by taking it out the back hatch, but obviously there is not hatch on the pro.
im parting out my old protege and would like to pull it down and out tom.
so how would i get this thing out without ruining it?

Take the front seats out... carefully bow it and then out the door.

if you drop it down its likely with the seats you you can take it @ an angle out one of the doors in complete
