    does anyone have a pic of a pre 94 protege front end on a 323? im interested as to how it looks

    Its basically the same. 323 has the lip up by the windsheild though

      And the recess where the molding goes doesn't match up.

                  yea they just cut the lip off the hood and run the other grill and headlights

                  fyi the headlight housings are all the same, protege, 323, all years, its the lenses that are different...so if you just want lenses, i have a set of 90-93 protege lenses, i can buff them up for you for $15 plus shipping...

                      Exactly. So you dnt have to do a conversion. Just be handy with a grinder. Square headlights and the grille and you're easy. set. go.

                        or you could just add a pre 94 protege hood to the list and be set and not have to cut anything lol.. ( but then you will lose the body line at the top of the hood, which i dont even think would be noticed)
