          Woot! I got my car to pass smog and its registered so she's fully legit until Feb 08. That's when I need to register it again. But by then she will only road she will seein is the track.

            This morning I got my licence, i'm only 16 so i was really excited. I filled her up half tank and joyrided around from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Even thou i have bad head gasket she runs like a champ, chirps 2nd really nice, i was even toyin with some rice accrords and a rice 91 civic hatch. the civic asked me wat exhaust i have, i just told them open cat, u should have seen the looks on there faces

                Bought a MX-3 dash panel, the one that goes under the steering coloum yesterday, and at work today I tried to install it. I was going to put my boost gauge where the power mirror switch is, move the switch down to the MX-3 location, and then cut the 2 switch openings into 1 big opening for the A/F gauge...well, I failed...the dimmer switch is too long and won't fit where the cruise switch is, and after looking at the situation from the driver's seat, I wouldn't be able to see the boost gauge where the mirror switch is.

                So I put it back to stock and gave up.

                Tuesday I take the car to a local performance shop that's reknown for thier exhaust work. I'm gonna have them fix Midas's retardedness from the downpipe to the cat and add an O2 bung...not sure if I'll have them fix anything else, we'll see...then when the turbo is ready to go I'll drive it back there and have them make a downpipe.

                Edit - Oh, and I bought the 323 from my dad yester for $750. Gonna start making it "mine" soon! Autotragic.

                  Went for a joy ride in the snowstorm. Alternator is dead, so it wasn't a long drive. But I did manage a perfect General Lee drift around a huge snow pile twice!
                  No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

                            i changed my valve cover(my nice powdercoated one is on now ) new ngk plugs(didnt relize i had denso was in there)new cap and rotor. i took the top half of my intake manni off to replace the air thingy(?????) to see if that was the case of the high idle. nope. ive exausted myself looking for the problem. time to bring it somewhere. on to pics

                                So my alternator isn't dead, I'm guessing. Charged the batt up, started it and ran it, alt checks fine. wtf... guess I'll just drive it around and see if I can kill it again.
