Dont know how to fix camshaft pulley

ive looked everywhere in manual to find out how to fix this thing. Its the pulley that connects to the alternator and the one that also connects to ps/ac (the one on bottom) I have a 93 protege dx sohc. When I start car I can hear it making like a grinding noise. I have observed the pulley (one that connects belt to alternator) and It slides left and right enough that it is visible when you move the throttle and look at it. The other pulley doesnt seem to move with it. I know there shouldnt be any play but I am worried. How do I fix it? Can I buy one new? or junkyard? bearings?

That would be your crankshaft pulley.

First, I would check to make sure that the bolts are tight.

And yes, you can buy a new one, or a used one at the jy.
