Hey guys. I live in Cali and the only thing that really stops me from doing an engine swap is smog stuff. Any of you who are in Cali know a "good" technicians that can 'help' me pass smog without paying radiculous amount of money. The only place I found so far charger $500 and passes your car on propane...but after that you had to run on propane. If you don't and get stopped you are FKed. Any ideas?

you will never pass a visual inspection with a turbo on there, but this might help with a tailpipe test if you have a wideband o2 sensor:
