Setting the timing

I having trouble setting the timing on the cams. I can't get the I and E to line up up they keep sringing foward. Am I suppose to hold them in place while I put the timing belt on? Also my ignition timing is probably off from the crap I've been doing so I'll probably need a gun to set that.

I did say its hard. You should ask someone to help hold the E cam in place while you put the I cam in place. Just remember to install the tensioner last. 2 people makes it easier.
