1990 protege gt?

ok here is the delema. i bought some seats and struts from a guy in red deer (on the mx3 site) and he said that he got them out of a 1990 protege gt. this is all fine and dandy but when i went to put them in i notice that the strut mounts are for a bf i think but the seats are deffinetly gt seats (look like gtr seats?) he said that it had a b6t in it and he grab the vj 14>?

crazy eh so my question was there a gt produced in 1990 protege gt with the b6t or did the guy get them out of a 88-89 gt with bg seats?

what are your thoughts

no the 90 gt protege had a bp

he probably has an 89 GT sedan, which is actually a 323 not a protege, and the BF chassis. The Protege GT (BG chassis) were produced in 90, 91, and 93.

yea the guy that got the parts off the car said it had a protege bageing but im pretty sure it was a bf gt that he replaced the seats on and redid the badgeing so now i have bg gtr seats that are going to fit into bf's and a spare set of 2wd bf H&R lowering springs and gr2 struts fun. (only have GTX use diff springs and struts) dont you love paying for sutff you dont need.
