Pretty much I'm just wondering if it would be worth it to buy a BP block and head, and carry out work on that. E.g, putting the VJ23 on it, forged internals, BPT sump and camshafts etc etc.

Rather then taking the Mazda off the road to work on the BPD since I've only got the one car to get around in!

This is just an idea for now though.

well if you have the GTR engine, and it's a bit old, i'd rebuild that.

If you don't, just pick up an n/a BP and build that sucker
