    Wrecked awd protege

I have a line on a 1990 awd protege automatic. The story is the car hit a deer and pushed the radiator back into the motor and overheated it till it seized. Assuming it is only that bad, what would it be worth? I'm looking at it mainly as parts but may get rid of my escort and build it up.

I wouldn't pay more than $500 to be honest, even if you're going to fix it. Unless it's MINT other than said damage, then I may go a bit higher if the car was able to be saved.

If it's just the hood/bumper/rad support/radiator/headlight/grill it won't be overly expensive to find the parts off one car, then simply order a new rad support since they're available in the US for under $100 shipped.

Appreciate the feed back. Hood, bumper fenders and bumper will be easy and cheap. Rad support is easy to get but not sure what is involved to install. Is It spot welded? Radiator would be easy enough. I'm thinking Na bp or a bp with my spare bpt parts.

rad support is spot welded, probably would have to repair the aprons. do not use an aftermarket rad support. they are ****. i ripped apart two rad supports with my stock bp. i ended up buying the rad support right from mazda and had no issues with it
