jack. the spindles were used junkyard parts. with unknown mileage/condition.
plus i've had major issues with the passenger side axel since i put this all together. i think it was just a ****ty reman

Idk, im thinking about getting another shell, my 323 has frame damage, it needs body work and paint too.... Now the motor needs to be new piston rings, so im undecided right now... Ill will most likely start taking the motor apart soon... I just need a car right now

Painted my bumpers. Not sure how long it'll hold up. It's the best $9 I've spent on this car, though.

Thanks for the kind words! Fresh paint really makes the rest of the car look super crappy. lol I'm definitely gonna have to sand down the front bumper and touch it up a bit, though. It's got a few runs that you can't make out in the pic. The rear bumper came out great, though.

Anybody know how well $.99 paint holds up to non-prepped plastic?

krylon fusion paint should of been your first layer......... use paint stripper & pull that crap ass paint off. then recoat it in krylon fusion

*sigh* I went to mess around with the OEM tape player last night to see how the cd player would fit (or if it would) and I guess I shorted something out in the car...radio and turbo timer are no longer working...soooo that sucks especially since it's cold as hell today!!! lol...let's see if I get anything done today.

edit: room fuse ftw lol, it's a reminder I should disconnect my battery when doing ANYTHING...haha

best bet is the lead came off the cigar lighter and shorted .. it always pops off

my door are becoming harder to shut all the way, it now takes a good push/pull to ensure they shut specially when its cold out in the morning. Grease the lock mechanisms?

aside from this im planning on retro fitting the E36 headlights to gain some pimp lighting on the road. also how about changin the small lights in the interior to leds?

probably the hinge acting up, my rear doors were really stiff on my Protege and I greased them up and played with them a bit
