I bought some already, no indication they've been shipped and seller hasn't responded to either of my messages. starting to get pissed, especially since I'm pretty sure they'd blow minds on this car / get me a lot of hate from internet nerds and so I'd really like it if the ****ing wheels would show upsigpic

Changed 75% of my interior over to the darker tweed over the last two days thanks to Kaleo who was nice enough to hook me up with some parts from his BG.
Does anyone know what interior color/trim code this is? I'd just like to see if I could order a new drivers bottom seat cushion cover as it's the only thing not to my liking.
Also I'm going to modify the drivers seat to give me more bolstering before I install it. I've already figured out the seat back, and just need to work out the best/easiest method for the seat bottom. I'm torn between the ease of removing a spring and changing the other two's arrangement and doing it proper and having some metal frames welded and cutting the foam to suite. I hope I can get the seat how I'd like it as I did not like the one piece mx3 seats at all. To me they weren't supportive enough for how uncomfortable they are.
Also I never realized how fragile looking the tile mechanism is on the seats, it looks like the seats would fly right off the rails in a real accident.
And I disconnected the auto-seatbelt ecu. I guess I haven't pulled the seats since installing manual belts, or I thought it caused issue with something. I'm unsure to be honest, it's been a long time. Everything seems to be fine though. I might look though the wiring manual to be sure though.
tl;dr
New-ish trim for me.Beater=/= Sleeper

The drivers seat bottom looks a bit rough and the passenger has one section that needs some mending to be 100%.
Yesterday I swapped over sunroof assemblies, along with it working 100% this one has the fun little pop up visor that didn't come on my car because I had the OEM add on visor and I guess they remove it if you get that. I stripped one on the mounting holes for it by the rear-view, I don't think it will be tap-able due to the thinness of the metal in the area. Doesn't seem to be a problem though as the entire thing is less rattly than my old one.
Today I played with my drivers seat to try and get the best bolstering out of it both top and bottom, it went well except I slit my finger open quite a bit on some rather sharp metal. I think I'll wear gloves the next time I fool about with it.Beater=/= Sleeper

Aligned the front end again today because I didn't after the half-shaft install. Managed to get it from 1/4 toe out to 1/16-1/32( I can't get precision to this degree in a parking lot with a tape measure) in one adjustment cycle.
Also tightened down the front sway bar end links because I haven't like the way the car has been handling lately.Beater=/= Sleeper

I drove it around. A lot. I like driving the EGT.
Dropped in the spare tire cover/panel that i yanked from a yard. much more solid that the soggy destroyed thing that was in there before.
Noticed my clutch seems to be softer the more I drive it through-out the day. but after the car sits for a bit, the clutch feel is fine again.... Hm....1992 Ultra Blue Metallic EGT - The 'scort with no name - crap>reliable daily>rallycross prep>stage rally

My 91 GT winter prep
I replaced the struts (KYB),springs (Eibach), upper seats, thrust washers, insulators, top plates, outer tie rods inners were good, ball joints, all 4 rear TTLs, front bearings, rear hubs, calipers pads and rotors all around, CV joints. In brief almost everything was replaced... GTX strut bars added, and then an alignment.
WOW
What a ride now!

CRAP!!!!
Speedocable gave out this morning. No big deal...
But the car wants to overheat real quick. I hope it's just a stuck thermostat. Suppose to be going to see the girlfriend to celebrate our 1st year!!! And this had better not stop it.1992 Ultra Blue Metallic EGT - The 'scort with no name - crap>reliable daily>rallycross prep>stage rally
