convinced my friend (A really good short track racer named Alex Prunty. Check out his blog/website for pictures of the nose assembly on his car. It's: http://www.alexpruntyracing.com/) to donate a used nose (oval track racer lingo for front bumper) off his late model division impala ss race car so that I have something to cover the front end on my protege. If you read this, Alex, thanks again! Now I gotta find someone to make me a few decals to make it look like it belongs on a mazda. I'm thinking a gtr grille decal, JDM 323 headlight & corner light decals, and then a really long mazdaspeed decal that will go below the grille. I just gotta find someone that can make me one for next to nothing, lol. The protege will also be getting new fenders, a new hood, some rocker panel skirts, some rear end repair work, and then a new paint job. Also, I plan on bolting my seat to the floor and as far left as possible for ideal weight distribution. And then doing some other stuff. I want this thing to be better than ever when I race it next.My family has lots of bg's!

Got the replacement motor all ready to drop in and got the tranny mated to the motor. Having to run n/a cams since one of my turbo cams the pin sheared off on it, hoping I won't loose too much power. I'm going to try to either track down some replacement bp26 cams or see if I can't get some other turbo cams from web or something. Any other good turbo cams?
Blurry phone pic. Camera battery is dead.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

If you don't mind importing a set of cams, auckland cams in New Zealand offers a few different regrinds, using stock cams. They even have different stages. My family has lots of bg's!
