Do the doors sag at all? Both the doors on my hatch sag a bit, requiring me to slam them to get them to shut fully.

Replaced water pump, timing belt tensioner/idler, coolant fan switch, cam seals, and maybe other stuff? swapped in the 264s, idle isn't quite right because I'm having trouble with the gears, ****ing Toda jams don't seem like they want to adjust more than 4• either way. Gonna have to **** with it a bit, AFRs are on point but it breaks up at full boost in fourth, not sure what the deal is yet. Nice to have it back though.
Also, dunno what the Toda gears are made out of but I was getting sparks/smoke when loosening the adjustment bolts.sigpic

FYI to those who haven't seen it. Jim Pierce is at it again. He has a couple of REAL front strut tower bar options coming out. Check it out in the group-buy sub-forum. The first batch is available at a discounted rate for a Black-Friday deal.
I'm getting one for my 5-door for Christmas! She has such a large rack, that i figure a little bracing and support can't hurt. Shh, don't tell her.Last edited by CODY004WD; 11-25-2012, 12:39 AM.Current:

I doubt they would need to be aligned. When I bought the 5-door, it was bad on 2 of the doors, I greased them up, and now the two I didn't grease feel worse in comparison. They came out great.Current:

Not entirely convinced you can just "change" the pins. If I recall, they're flattened at the ends at the fab aren't they? And I think it's the brass bushings you change; not the pins. I simply purchased new hinges from the stealership...91 GT- Li'l Bee (under construction)
