Seriously. I'm not swapping something else into it to make it run, and I'm taking all the lca's and ttl's as well as knuckles and brakes, and most of everything else that still works for spares. It's going to be pretty bare, I even plan on taking doors bumpers and fenders and all of the wiring from it.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

Yeah, it's a sad day for sure. Don't get me wrong, I love my wagon. The previous owner drove it into his garage with like 4 grand worth of road bike on the roof... Needless to say, the dents in the roof rails have driven me crazy since I bought the dang thing... Then add in numerous years worth of door dings from my work's parking lots, and one pretty good shopping cart ding and this thing isn't really all that clean... Also, the shell may be rust free, but it ****ing creaks and moans like an old ****ing lady. I've had it sideways at 60+mph many times, and well, that **** catches up with unibody cars eventually. But mostly, I just need it out of here. My house looks like a ****ing wrecking yard with all these random 80's and 90's ****boxes lying around. If I had more time I would put a 1.9 back in the thing and sell it, but I'm going crazy with all the **** I need to do this year... Not only was I given the ultimatum to cut my fleet in half, but also, our furnace is a POS, the kitchen flooded and now I'm redoing all the flooring as a result, and I need to do new windows this spring all around the house, otherwise a new furnace is damn near pointless. My hands are tied. Oh and to top it off I'd also like to finally propose to my girlfriend of 6 years some time this year...
If someone on here really wants this shell, you can have it for free. It would need to be picked up like ASAP, and a shell it would be, none of the cool **** that was on the car would go with it.
I see escort wagons in better shape than this one in the JY's all the time... Some I'm sure are as simple as a busted timing belt... Colorado doesn't rust cars.
The sacrifice of this one, is going to add so much to the white car... That car is going to be everything I've wanted for a daily plus more. It's my over-braced daily with equal parts of go and understated show, and I plan to keep it for a long time. The wagon served as a wonderful test dummy for me... It went through pretty much every strut and spring combination available for these things, three engine swaps, numerous rare parts and countless performance goodies have been installed, swapped, removed and installed again... I now know exactly what works/doesn't work, and what I want from the next one, as a result of countless hours of work put into the wagon.
The hatch will not disappoint. It is going to put the wagon to shame actually. But at the end of the day, Its about what I want. I'm building my vision of the perfect escort, and it's going to be everything that I've wanted. Bonus points if you guys like the end result, but either way, I'm gonna finally be 100% happy with a project, which is something the wagon never fulfilled.Current:

86 MR2
91 F150
94 Escort Wagon BP swap
