What would be the best drop for the 323 Hatch

Hey guys... well i was wondering... I was gonna put either 15 or 16 inch rims on my ride and i was gonna go the GT and GTX styling on the body The Front and Rear bumper... what would be the best drop on it... i was thinkin at least an 1" drop but that was gonna be with the GTR body kit... since i changed my mind on the body styling and the GTX front bumper doesn't go as large as the GTR front bumper what would be the better drop.

the same idea as i originally had:
Suspension Techniques 1.00" drop
or the other choicesare
B+G 1.40" Drop
or the
Intrax 1.75" Drop

now i do live in southern california area so some of the roads do suck... and i had a **** ass time with my accord and i wasn't sure how low that sat

But what would be the all around best drop on my 323

Oh yea.. One other question.. is it worth converting the Rear Drum Brakes to Disk.. and how would i be able to do it ?
