My mother suggested I put air bags on my 4wd Pro. Im going to entertain her idea and find out all the pros and cons. Figure you can drop the car down whenever you wanted, and when it snows and you get stuck you can lift it up and drive away. So I just want to know whats the good and the bad, and how much work would it be? Also how would handling be effected? Thanks.

(Like I said Im just entertaining her idea.)Get coilovers as suggested as it'll cost less but will obviously force you to do it "by hand" but hey you will probably need a alignment each time anyways as the geometry will change when you go to the floor or back up, etc.

well pox, you just dont "bag" an awd pro. its stupid. you cant get a pro that damn low anyways, and if you really want to know what you're in for, just go ahead and save about $1500 if you plan on doing it yourself, and probably another $1000 if you want a professional to do it. bags are for mini trucks.sigpic
