    leaking break fluid from my rear hub???

    can anyone one help me ??? i would like to know how to fix my rear right side of the hub,its leaks break fluid and its a mazda 323 1990 i dont want the repair guy to rip me off ??? what should i do

    im also looking for a pair of stock springs for the rear as well

    If you still have drum brakes in the rear it might be a brake cylinder that has gone bad. Its a cheap fix and quite easy. Go to an auto parts store and grab a haynes manual if you don't have 1 already. The job shouldn't take but 1 hr to do. 1st see if that's where its coming from though, but most likely is. Good luck

      What Chris just said, leaking wheel cylinder, new cylinder, bleed that wheel, and Bob's your sucking funcle.LOL

        Yeah, this was one of the first things I ever fixed on my car. I was kinda nervous but it was so easy. Only problem, my brake lines where rusted and broke when I tried to unscrew them. S,o like a new line bender and a new set of lines later...
        ...all good as new. But still easy.
