Fired up the car today. Took a few seconds of cranking, but she finally came to life. Knocked the snow off the shelter and let her warm up to operating temp and made sure everything still worked. Fluids were fine, A/C still works, transmission still shifts, exhaust is a bit dirty though.
Just wish there was room to install everything in that car shelter so it would all be ready for after winter. I guess installing it in spring isn't too bad, though.
Oh, and there was no email update about those mounts being shipped out so it was a total surprise when they got here.
Unfortunately no. We had to build it then drive the car in and there's zero inches between the ends of the car and the ends of the shelter. I think it'll be alright, though. I'm letting it run once a week and bouncing each corner to keep the suspension moving as much as I can. I was hoping to just be able to build it around the car, but no go.
Tried to start the car today, but the battery finally died. Too much snow to drag the battery charger out there so it's either going to sit for a few more weeks or I'll just get a cheap battery to use as a jumper. We'll see.
