When changing the belt do you always have to replace the tensioner? cause my belt wont stay in place so that i can tighten down tensioner. or should i set belt so cams lined up right then rotate engine over till it reaches tension set mark and then tighten tensioner. If that last part i said dont work does that mean tensioner is bad and must be replaced?
