Just looking for a little help on the evap system. I have a 97 SE (Canadian) with 1.5L. I have the P0455 "large leak" code. I was doing some reading today and apparently the charcoal canister is under the car at the back! I thought that was weird as there is a black canister in the passenger corner of the engine bay against the firewall that i thought was the canister as it goes to the purge valve and then intake. Was it different on different models?
Has anyone had this issue before? Any typical problems? I figure check the lines under the car first.
