Hey guys i have had this problem for a while. I cleaned the throttle body, the pcv valve, and cleaned the egr. But it seems that I put the egr valve back in wrong. could this be the issue? What else could it be?

How did you install the EGR incorrectly? Any pictures? I bet that's the issue, otherwise I'd unplug the Idle Air Control valve and see if your idle changes.-Jack
