question number one: if i run 8 lbs. of boost what size/kind of injectors should i run and where can i get them?

question number two: what kind of a spark plug should i use????

p.s: my car is a 2000 es (1.8L)

i'm not too sure about the 1.8ers, but i have a 1.6 and everyone has been telling me to use the mx-6 injectors.
