i just bought a 2001 mazda protege es, which has all the goodies such as power everything including sunroof. it is a 5 speed and has the 2.0 engine. i'm looking to buy a cat back exhaust system what should i get? i was looking at the street beat system and i hear alot of good things.

We have very good stock exhausts dont expect much power gains.
For sound I recommend the racing beat cat back. Or the mazdaspeed axel back. Both are deep and amazing. -
sorry i meant to say racing beat. i am aware that not much power gain is going to result. when i checked the specs on the racing beat i say a 4 horsepower gain. now that i see you recommended the racing beat system..do you have one or know someone that has one?is that were you've heard it before?-racing beat cat-back

It sounds just like the msp exhaust but more free flowing. Very good sound. Not buzzy or farty at all with no drone.Comment
