I have an electric sensor for my Autometer Oil Press. This was the easiest of the three I did. Just unscrew your stock sender, screw in the autometer one, and remove the dummy LED from the dash.
If you have a mechanical gauge (where you have to run oil to the gauge itself) take it back and get an electric one. The proce difference is negligable and you'll save yourself ALOT of headache!
