    e-racing super charger?

suposedly for $300 bux i can add a small 1 psi boost at full throttle.
this reminds me of the "tornado" or the "turbonator"
sound like something that can waste my money and get sucked into my engine.
my money is very hard earned and cant waste a dime.
    in 2 weeks @ 16 years old i worked 119 hrs! on $7.80/hr
so after all my other bills and crap i have about MAYBE $400 to spend on my car.
b/c i'm getting laid off for school bs

so spending my money wisly is best.
and i know this is getting off topic but.......
sould i buy a car under $900 and fix it up and sell it for $2000?
assuming no major internal engine / tranny problems.:microwave

lol just read an article on it ... it draws 60 amps ... that draw on the alt alone would negate any gains

        haha it says
need more power?! The Super e-RAM electric supercharger uses two e-RAM units stacked together
why use one when you can get two at twice the price?

        haha

sound priciple, bad implementation. 120A draw for a 1.7psi pressure gain...well, you'd loose half the boost increase to alternator load. once again, a turbo still wins. hell, you could spend $600 on a real cheap turbo system to get 2psi boost without losses.
No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

Looking at the size of the wires it has, I doubt it can even draw 20 amps.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.
