first start with taking the car back and buying a 5 speed model if thats not easy to do well get out your check book and start buying all the parts needed from the wreckers

    1. tranny
    2. flywheel
    3. Clutch kit
    4. Pedal assembly out of the like year and model
    5. brake booster fluid tank as it also holds your clutch fluid
    6. slave and master cylinders
    7. the complete shift linkage assembly possibly even the plastic conceal pieces depending on if yours will allow the installation of the shift boot or not
    8. you may need the engine computer depending on if your car will allow it 2 run with out issues or if it was like my 95 escort and ran like a bucket of crap when the auto was removed (computer resolved my issues)
    9. i would suggest you go to the wreckers and pull this ALL yourself given that if you dont know were something goes your gonna be guessing were it does
    10. GET ALL THE BOLTS you'll need every last one you pull from your donor car as the bell housing is wider in diff areas on a auto than a manual. also your gonna be installing all the parts your car never had or needed so you want something to hold it 2gether.
    11 AXELS both sides
Best of luck next time save the head ache and buy a manual already factory ordered.

Edit* Almost forgot tranny mounts may be diff between models make sure you check them out to
