    Clutch and Transmission not engaging

Just changed the clutch and flywheel myself on 2003 Protege SE 1.6L.
But won't shift when engine on. Shifts when engine off.

If it was working fine before you changed the clutch, I'd say you either installed the clutch wrong or its the wrong clutch all together. Take it apart, compare it to the old one and reinstall it.

Now I discovered it engages only when the car is raised up on jack. You can shift the stick. But when its down again it would get stuck. Is it an oil issue? as I changed it as well. For awhile I thought it was a bad sensor wire below the fill up orifice/bolt.

        Did you bleed the line?

Yes I bled the line twice. The secondary actuator is engaging the fork fully and the clutch pedal is fully depressed to the floor when stepped on. Although there is no pressure at the end it of, signifying thrust bearing pushing the pressure plate.
