IM selling this used turbo, never rebuilt, my friend bought new a year ago with a custom turbo kit for a celica GTS, I convinced him to change it for a new T04E 63/60 if he wanted more than 15psi in his new setup, so this is up for grabs.
Im also selling it on the Mazda forums, and soon will be listed on ebay.
