    GI: HKS SSQV+purple insert+adapter+piping

    Hey guys,

    I have an HKS SSQV with a purple insert that i don't need anymore. It comes with a 2.5 inch pipe adapter and 2.5 inch intercooler piping (aluminum bends with high quality couplers and clamps). Basically, it's all you need from the turbo to the throttle minus the intercooler. Everything is in good shape, can even see the HKS logo on the SSQV.

    Since it's a gaging interest thread, I can't put a price but if anyone is interested, PM with an offer or I'll try putting up pictures during the weekend.

    I'm interested. Is it the HKS thats adjustable?

        to whoever ends up buying this...

        i'm looking for a purple insert (quieter). i have a silver insert... which is the louder one that normally comes with the SSQV.

                I don't like how under light loads the **** still surges randomly. It happens on the highway cruising. Other than that I like it.

                  I dunno if it's adjustable, I never adjusted it. I'll post pictures of everything tomorow when I'll be at home. The BOV looks exactly like this: http://www.flat4online.co.uk/catalog...s/DSC00009.JPG and has the cool purple insert.

                          that is an EXCELLENT deal! if i didnt already have all of this stuff i'd be jumping right on it.

                          unfortunately (for me) your SSQV has the standard silver insert. the 3-fin thing is the insert, the purple cone shaped thing in the center is part of the valve (they all have this).

                            Damn, when I bought it, I was told it had the purple insert and now that I checked it, you are right, it's not what I thought. My apologies for the misinfo then. It will be 185+shipping then without the insert. It's just for the sound anyways.
