    MS1 for BP for sale, cheap

    I have an MS1 megasquirt setup for a 90-94 BG (except cali mx3's with original B6 and harness) left over from an old project that i would like to get of my bench. Im letting it go cheap to hopefully sell it fast. being that I am selling it this cheap please dont be offended when I say I am NOT selling this with alot of hand holding attached. You WILL need to read up on tuning/installing tunerstudio, you WILL need to run the 2 wires needed to add the air temp sensor and even though I am including a basemap you WILL most likely need to spend atleast alittle time getting it to run 100% the way you want to. basically Im saving you the assembly/research of the MS unit itself as well as throwing in a plug and play harness adapter because im a cool guy.


    THINGS INCLUDED:

    MS1 setup for a distributor but has wasted spark already wired on the board.
    Idle control
    VICS control
    PnP harness
    IAT pigtail
    variable TPS (needs additional wiring and a 4 wire TPS)
    support now included till the car starts and runs.

    THINGS NOT INCLUDED:
    GM IAT sensor ($25)
    a bit of wire for the IAT
    Tuning cable ($5 online)
    fancy instructions. (i normally dont sell these to anyone but locals, who I setup everything for in person)


    this unit has been tested on the bench for 24 hours straight and I have driven around my MX3 on it, I can provide a startup video to prove it works. I have already wired it to support wasted spark coilpacks and brought the 2nd trigger out to the harness, all you need for this to work is a miata ignitor and miata/DSM/neon coilpack. the rest is just running a few wires to the MS, coils ect. all of the hrness wires are labeled color coded and high quality TXL automotive grade. the additional wires (2nd spark circuit, TPS ect) I will include a list for to the buyer.

    At a small added cost to the buyer I can add additional features to this MS or provide more in depth support, this can be discussed via PM as this is a one off sale.

    $375 shipped


    EDIT: support now included till the car starts and runs.

                    So this does NOT eliminate the VAF? What size MAP sensor is in it? I may be interested.

                          i should clarify alittle, the VAF can be left on if desired and wont effect the MS's operation aside from being a restriction.

                          so for those considering leaving it in place to allow you to swap the stock ecu back in for emissions ect

                          otherwise tap the purple wire on my harness to the the light green wire on the fuel pump relay of jump it in the diag box, and ditch the VAF

                            My last protege and my current 323 are both MS powered. This one would be for my brother's protege, if he can come up with the money.
