I have heard from SCCA and SOLO miata builders that the turbo guys have the best luck with the aggressive NA cams.

It goes against conventional wisdom, but they do.

Not always - Aggressive N/A cams is how I reached 232 WHP in my B6DE with a VJ14/11 hybrid. I am running Aggressive N/A cams in my BP as well. High lift for top end power with the boost and lower duration, and adjustable gears to dial them in proper for boost application.

Can these cams be run with a stock GTR ECU? Or are they too far away from the stock BP-26 cam specs?

I used them with the gtr ecu. Ran just fine. Best to run these with adjustable cam gears to minimize overlap
