    im pretty sure its a bg 323 upper led spoiler but hard to tell since it is in f***in japenese but here ya go

              Duckbill wing is a bit longer and goes Upwards and has no LED...the wing for sale is shorter,..heavier with LED (not to much heavier) and shoots straight out.
