        I call shenanigans! Its built "alright" with stock parts! Has taken some abuse already blacked pistons.
        and no over the top pics of the engine bores. Naah I will keep my money.

          Wouldn't 8.8 pistons be dished instead of the stock looking indentations?

          Also NO ONE goes to the trouble of building a motor and then parts it when a trans that takes 1 hour to drop fails.

            8.8:1 is stock compression, that's what the pistons look like... those are probably stock pistons, in fact. I don't think I've ever heard of an aftermarket company making forged 8.8:1 compression pistons.

              I think 8.6:1 and 9.1 are the only sizes made by aftermarket like wiseco and je

                        94-95 was 8.8:1 then they switched to a true 9.1 in 96
