2400 for a s4 thats steep. And with 104k on a engine that is good to around 60-80k its getting ready to blow. Body and interior is in otherwise decent condition and the top works. id say 1800. Swap in a decent s5 engine and you're set

Doug-idk if you ment just 2nd gen rx7s all were 1.3l or all rx7s period. The 1st gen was 1.2l
