90 awd west mich. parts or project

this is a 1990 awd with 99k mi. body is fairly rust-free for michigan. it has been sitting for three years. it ran rough when parked, i think the timing was way off. my plan was to build a rally car out of it, but my wife says its gotta go. it needs new dampers all around, the tank leaks when its more than half full, and the exhaust is bad. the exterior isnt quite ready for pebble beach; it was hit while parked on the drivers front, and the fender was replaced with a junkyard part that doesnt quite match, although the inner fender is not damaged. the front bumper is cracked and the headlight is pushed back a bit. the paint is peeling on the hood and roof. there is a dent in the trunklid. the passenger side lock was pryed out so someone could break in and steal the aftermarket deck. the factory radio is back in, sans trim, and works. there is a crack in the lower left corner of the windshield. the drivers interior door panel is pretty beat up. I do not want to deceive anyone, this car needs some work, but the chassis is solid and the awd transmission is good. the trans was replaced five or six years ago with a rebuilt unit. the part alone was over $2,000. this car would make a great project, I just dont have the time or money to do it.
I would like to get $800 for it, but if you make me a resonable offer, I will not refuse it.
Thanks for looking.Click image for larger version

how does the under carriage look? if not a lot of rust, i say keep it and build it, or someone is gonna get another 4WD to build at a hell of price. everybody is in the mood lately to get this and build them. good luck with whatever you do!

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.
