Can someone get those I called mazda and I can't get them here but I can get them at online mazda parts.

Its a turbine plate and 3 bolts.

I can order them for you through onlinemazdaparts.com. The total would be $11.20 + $6.50 (shipping to me) + whatever it costs to ship to you. A small USPS flat-rate box would cost ~$11 and first-class mail would probably be less than $5 depending on the weight. So, compared to onlinemazdaparts' minimum $25 shipping cost to ship to Canada, you'll save ~$8-14.

Is this what you had in mind? I doubt that my local dealer would beat onlinemazdaparts' price even after factoring in the $6.50 shipping cost to me.
