BG water pump pulley

Hey guys, working on the 1st gen protege's timing belt, and one bolt on the water pump pulley decided to not come out. So I think I mite try to hack the water pump pulley since I've managed to strip out that 10mm bolt completely. If anybody has tips on how to take out that bolt, that would help too!

Anybody have a water pump pulley that I can buy?

crazy, I never usually have issues with them! I've got a pulley though if you're interested...idk what it's worth so shoot me an offer haha. Shipping will be about $10 from canada

I know. I've never had issues with taking these things apart before, but since the car's been sitting for quite sometime. I'm thinking rust had sometime to work on it.
