Well I had origonally planned to go with the 9:1's flying miata offers, then I decided to get this kit from importperformanceparts.net instead. I feel safer running the 8.5's as opposed to the 9.5's. IDK how big of a difference that 9.5:1 ratio is from the stock 8:1 on the GTR. I would make more power though.2013 Dodge Dart Aero

9.5 is the lowest i'll go for a compression. 10:1 would be nice, but id still like to push some PSI & run pump gas safely.---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

well heres my two cents..
I have a 93 gt that i rebuilt the motor in with 10:1 miata pistons and im installing my vj-20 setup hopefully within the next week or so and looking to run 10 psi...have almost everything aside from my ms v.3 which is on its way and a few odds and ends...eg 1.75 to 2.25 silicone coupler (intake side of turbo to intake) anyways so we will see after i get it in, tuned and dyno'ed if the 10:1 was worth it...this is my update thread on feoa...
ill keep it updated as much as possbile...Last edited by laruei; 03-25-2006, 01:23 AM.
