u just can use the harness motor/tranny from the pgt/mx6, everything else is still mx3.

what about the intermediate shaft? did you use the v6 or kia one?
i'm getting ready to do this swap with a friend of mine on his 323...Escort GTR -- 11.87 @ 117.6 mph -- 320 HP / 325 Ft. Lbs. @ 23 PSI

i'm not doubting that they are strong, i'll be using them with my GTR engine in a few months.
i was just under the impression that the v6 intermediate shaft was longer and the bracket that bolted to the block was different.Escort GTR -- 11.87 @ 117.6 mph -- 320 HP / 325 Ft. Lbs. @ 23 PSI

they have the same differential spline count... 28. so this does make sense.
i think it would have to be kia axles with the V6 intermediate shaft. this would eliminate the need for the MX3 LCA's.Escort GTR -- 11.87 @ 117.6 mph -- 320 HP / 325 Ft. Lbs. @ 23 PSI
