JP Motorsports BG/BF/GT4 Rear subframe production and discussion.
After a few years of a crap job, I'm in a better place, and finally getting some time and motivation to get back to working on my car projects!! The Protege 4WD isn't right at the very top of the list, but it IS on the list to get work done and hopefully drive it this winter on the ice.
Hey guys-sorry I haven't been getting notifications from the forums like usual---you know we shipped two units last year before the holidays, and then have 4 units completed now to ship---I've tried PM'ing Ian last year and a few calls, but he's MIA---his two units are done---I have a 2WD unit done that was Ryan's, but could be Kaleo's as he's bought another 4WD unit---then Sarge's unit's done as well. If you can't get me here, my number at the shop is 310-542-2977 and leave a message I'll get right back to you. Like to wrap it up finally get these of my office floor lol!
Hey guys-great day---Ian contacted me and 2 are leaving! Just have Ryan's and Sarge's units left---guys are you about ready for them? I can do CC or paypal, whatever's more convenient.
hot damn! this is awesome! I will call you in the next couple of days as soon as I have some free time. Also, that looks like a pretty badass aquarium!
Since I actually got an email that this thread had been bumped it reminded me to come post! I got a shop now so hopefully I can start making some real progress. I received both of my sub frames from Jim back in Feb/March. Which was perfect timing as my gtx transmission decided to crap out on me just then.
Awesome Ian/Sarge---can't wait to see these get put to good use. We've finished up Ryan's 2WD unit/Arm's a while ago and have a good start on Kaleo's 4WD unit---then this adventure is completed and we'll see what other crazy idea's folks come up (hey let's put a Toyota celica all trac trans in a Mazda/Ford platform and then we'll create rear crossmembers to house the Toyota diff...!!!)...I've grafted Porsche and corvette before, even Studebaker and Ford Thunderbird, but this takes the cake!
