I you're not too much in a hurry I could have it laser cut for you.

Price will vary with material (steel or stainless) and thickness. But I'm pretty sure it can be done for less than 60$ (unless you go 1" thick stainless).

well by buddys uncle has the tools/equipment to do but he's building a new shop right now so stuffs everywere. im going to talk to him this week.

also i have a kia sephia 1.8 dohc stock e-manny but the flange is not that thick
            so that's a nother option.

how thick of a flange would you recomend?

also how thick should the wall thickness be on my pipes for the manny be?

1/2" thick would do the job nicely.

As far as pipes go, depends on what material you're using but personnally I would'nt go under .100" with steel pipes, a little thinner if stainless is used.

You guys don't know about the better flanges that you can get from ETD Racing?

http://www.etdracing.com/perfparts/perf15.html mild and SS flanges, I shoulda bought'em before the price went up, damn china navy using up all our steel....

someone with autocad and access to a waterjet or cnc machine could be making flanges in a couple hours....

Anyone with a Protege or Escort using one of the ETDRacing manifolds.

I'm really curious to see what clearences are like. Cause it looks too tight for a Pro/Escort engine bay.
