I pumped air into the nipple of it using a handpump using a tester I made that measures PSI as well. The nipple did not hold any pressure.

I can throw it on the car as well and test I guess. I'll try and let you know

i'm just wondering if the presence of boost at the nipple and inlet will close it or something.... idk how it really works. let me know the results of your test . if it is dead then we can figure something out.
