Why dont you grab everything to boost a 1.6 DOHC? Since you popped your BP you can just replace it with the GTX 1.6 motor. Should be good for around 160-170whp on the stock VJ-14.

So that'd be turbo & manifold, oil/coolant lines. Plumbing/piping, VAF, by-pass valve, ECU, wiring harness, injectors, might as well grab the intake manifold too!

I went today... the spoilers are gone. The motor looks like it was just dropped in the car to send to the j/y so I have to wonder about it's condition. Think i'll just head back and get the low mileage Kia BP and tranny. I have enough turbo stuff in the garage to build a pretty sick setup on the Kia motor.

1986 626 touring sedan lx. everything out of an 89 mx-6 gt including the wiring harness. it's heavy Z(3098 lbs) but fast considering the weight. so far as i can tell it is the the only one with this set up. i ran 14.5 at braggin rights with a bad intercooler and charge pipe. but i need to know the best route to go as far as 1.6 or 1.8 any info would help.
